Yesterday was another day of no real exercise; trying to coordinate a routine with the spouse is getting frustrating… We have agreed to start running together on Tuesday. Today I will do a living room circuit by myself so I can feel like I did something this week.
I calculated my ideal body weight ( http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm ) and figured out my frame size ( http://www.ehow.com/how_2346297_determine-body-frame-size.html )
So I have a medium frame and my ideal weight is around 120 lbs; 116-124.
I am 27 lbs from my ideal weight. It’s getting closer but I feel like this week was wasted. Time to turn it around and get back at it.
