Okay so I ran on Monday, after my final and I did not post… sorry. I did an extra walk after in the snow and it was fun! :) I didn’t weigh in on Wednesday but I will do that right now; ugh! 158.2 lbs. I think that is up from last week.
I am still using Zombies Run! 5k program. It’s actually motivating me; it helps that I am a gamer and it combines a little gaming with my running. What better motivation than a Zombie (even virtual ones) trying to eat you?
I am eating like a crazy person; chocolate pudding and I need to get that whole thing back under control.

Ok my plans fell out the window and its no ones fault but my own.
So here goes the reboot, trying out Zombies Run 5k app to try and motivate myself.
Decided to start with the 5k because I fell hard of the fitness wagon this time and apparently bumped my head! Eating crap, not drinking water, No exercise…. Yep gaining weight, feeling unhealthy, just ugh!
So everyday I run (the plan) is to post a photo and check in. The Zombie Run app is 3 days a week. I picked today to start again lol and it’s raining like there is no tomorrow. We aren’t gonna let that stop us are we? Well…..
So I am not good at posting… but I have kept up with the running program. I’m over training (running twice as far as the program says) and it’s taking its toll.
I hope to add weight training tuesdays & thursdays.
Why am I always motivated to go and do on days when I’m suppose to not go and do… then not motivated on days I should be.

No Running. Ran errands instead.
Run day, threw in 10 squats & 10 pushups.
Was an easy run….
food log didn’t happen and I ate crap most of the day.
Need to get the diet back on track :)
